• Player Data: Notes, statistics, seat assignments, and avatar color customizations. Stored locally on your device.
• Photos: If you choose a camera or library photo for an avatar, the image remains on your device.
• Purchases: We use Apple’s App Store/StoreKit for trials, subscriptions, and payments. Apple may process data necessary to complete transactions.

2) How We Use Information

• To provide app features (notes, stats, avatars, seat management).
• To save your preferences for future sessions.
• To validate and manage in-app purchases and subscriptions through Apple.

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

3) Data Storage & Security

• PokerMaid does not operate servers to store your player data. Data is stored on your device and may be backed up to Apple iCloud if enabled.
• Transactions are securely handled by Apple.

4) Your Choices

• You can delete or reset your player data at any time within the app.
• You can manage purchase settings through your Apple ID account.
